ImageToPrompt.ai provides a free, AI-powered tool that analyzes images and generates descriptive text prompts suitable for use with AI image generation platforms such as Stable Diffusion, Midjourney, DALL-E, and others. The Service is provided "as is" and is available free of charge.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Upload images containing illegal content, including but not limited to child sexual abuse material (CSAM)
• Upload images depicting graphic violence, hate speech, or content that promotes discrimination
• Upload images to which you do not have the right to use
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the API in an automated manner beyond normal use
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or infrastructure

4. Intellectual Property

The prompts generated by our AI are provided to you free of any ownership claims by ImageToPrompt.ai. You are free to use generated prompts for any personal or commercial purpose. You retain all rights to the images you upload. We do not claim ownership over any content you submit.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that:

• The Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times
• The generated prompts will be accurate, complete, or suitable for any particular purpose
• The Service will meet your specific requirements

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ImageToPrompt.ai shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our Service relies on third-party providers including Cloudflare AI, Google Analytics, and Google AdSense. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or practices of these third-party services.
